Offering light resistance, the rubber band helps you tone and build strength by adding resistance to your workout, the orange band provides very light resistance. This is best used for general body conditioning, stretching, rehabilitation, jumping, aerobics and for increased resistance towards bicep and tricep exercises. For stronger bench presses and lower body exercises, you may prefer heavier resistance bands available in the range. Why use lifting bands? Lifting bands offer a contrasting method in an exercise program where the weight resistance changes at different points in a lift.
